Ingredients for Kebabs
- 1 kg ground beef
- 7-8 garlic cloves grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Pinch of cumin
- pinch of hot or sweet paprika
- 1 cup of cold sparkling water
Instructions

1. Pour sparkling water into a large mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well by hand for at least 3-4 minutes. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours and up to 24 hours.

2. Form a long sausage in wet hands from the mixture, 4-5 cm thick. Cut into 10 cm long units.

3. Heat a heavy and greased pan, preferably striped or barbecue. Roast for 3-4 minutes on each side, over medium-low heat.
