Ingredients
- 14 ounces (400 grams) sheep feta cheese
- 2 ounces (60 grams) kashkaval cheese
- 1.8 ounces (50 grams) parmesan cheese
- 5.3 ounces (150 grams) hard yellow cheese
- 1.1 pounds (100 grams)
- 4¼ cups (600 grams) flour
- 3 tablespoons (30 grams) baking powder
- 5 eggs
- 7 ounces (200 grams) butter melted
Instructions

1. Grate all of the hard cheeses into a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.

2. Heat the oven to 390F/200ºC. Carve uniform balls out of the dough, weighing 1-2½ ounces/ 30-70 grams. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and bake for about 20 minutes until the rolls are golden brown.
