Biscuit Layer Cake

"Shavuot of Longing" lists this simple Israeli classic as Eden Yerushalmi's favorite, and encourages us to make it and think of her this holiday.

Eden Yerushalmi’s Favorite Recipe: Eden from Tel Aviv is a lively person who spreads positive energy wherever she goes. Her apartment is always packed with people and music. She works as a hostess and bartender and is known for her winning smile. Full of energy she drives her scooter to work.

“Shavuot of Longing” was made in collaboration with, and with love from, Be’eri Print and Foody Israel.
